Wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Skin contact with the pole is important for grip. Avoid lotions or oils before class.
Bring knee pads, a water bottle, and a small towel. Remove all jewelry before class.
Grip aids are available at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your preferred grip aid.
